For starters, you don't marry him, or you'd be asking for a tremendous amount of emotional pain and continued feelings of rejection if you do. I don't know why he behaves this way, you didn't say, but if he's not willing to get help prior to any marriage taking place, I think that tells you all you need to know. Few enter marriage without the assurance that sex (intimacy) is part of the package.
