 I'm bi and  I'm really into this guy. We have the same name -- how weird! He's bi to, and he knows I'm in love with him. He says he doesn't feel the same way, but his friends have told me he does, Is there anyway to know for sure? Is there anything I can do to get him to love me back? Should I follow my heart? I don't know what I should do......

Well, you can follow your heart, but it doesn't mean his will follow. If his friends say he's into you, and he says he isn't, it could mean all sorts of things. He could be shy about getting too involved with you because he's nervous about testing his sexuality -- despite his bi claim. I think you can't push this, because he simply isn't ready to make a move and may never do so. He knows how you feel, you can remind him on occasion, but if he doesn't take any action within a reasonable amount of time -- a month -- it's your signal to take the hint.
