Over the summer. I talked to this guy frequently. We were always chatting. At work, if I ask him to do something he doesnt do it, but if I ask him to do it for me, he does it. He says he cares about me and that he will always be there if I need him. But he never says anything to anyone about his love life. So, does he like me? And how do I get him to tell me?

It appears he likes you to some degree, but he's not going out of his way to make you think you're special enough to have a relationship beyond friendship. I'm no mind reader, but it just seems practical to think that if a guy doesn't go after you to pursue romance, he's either not interested, or he's got some other reason he's not letting on --- like he's gay?! Or any number of reasons. Please don't see it as rejection. It may have nothing to do with you. Stop thinking he'll come around by wishing it so. He surely knows you like him, and if he wants more, he'll let you know.
