DEAR MISS EMILY:
I HAVE NOT TAKEN MY 13 MONTH OLD TO THE DOCTOR SINCE HIS FIRST SET OF SHOTS. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I TAKE HIM NOW?

No problem. Just take him in now. The doctor will simply tell you what he needs to catch up. Do it soon, however. You're probably going to need to have his immunization (shots) records handy before he enters school. I know, that's not for quite a while, but time flies! As well, it's best to get them on schedule.
