I've been with my boyfriend for three years. In our first year together, he told me that he and his friend's girlfriend got knocked up and had sex by accident. He admitted that it was a big mistake and he asked me to forgive him, which i did. Weve been doing great ever since, but i dont trust him that much anymore. Should I have dumped him? Im worried about it. Please help me.

I don't think it happened by accident -- just out of pure carelessness, and canal lust. But he confessed this event to you. He didn't have to do that, yet it was weighing heavily on his mind. His choice, but now he's paying a price for it. To me, he showed some integrity by confessing. People make mistakes. This is one he made, and I think you should forget about it. For him to lose you over this past mistake, one that happened a long time, ago, would be foolish in my book. You can't change the past, but you can change your perspective on this -- and move forward with a guy you say you've had a great relationship since this foolish, one time event.
