Your letter was too long to post, but here is my advice:

I don't care if he were to visit you daily, he's abusive in his treatment of you, and you would be foolish to stay with him. Unless you are considered a possession in your country, this kind of treatment is emotionally  unhealthy for you, and demoralizing. He is controlling -- and as long as you allow it, he will persist in his behavior. There is nothing in it for you if you stay in this relationship. He is disrespectful of you and is treating you as a second-class citizen. It's your call, but if it were me, I'd break-up with him, NOW. And do not fall for him begging you to take him back. He would be no different after you had forgiven him, than he is now. Get out before you feel totally powerless and end up staying in the relationship because you don't have any strength left to leave him. It doesn't matter why he's behaving this way -- he is, and that's all you need to know.
