Last year i met my friend's sister and i was crazy about her. Later i realized she liked me too and wanted to go out but couldn't. As time passed, we stopped talking. We only talked by chat because we never saw each other -- although i don't know why. I saw her this year and got to dance with her during homecoming -- then i realized how i still liked her very much, but she has a boyfriend now. I'm still crazy about her, but i don't know if she is still interested in me...

Now that she has a boyfriend, I'd put this in perspective. That said, if you get the opportunity to have a conversation with her, I'd let her know that if her situation changes, you'd like to ask her out. I don't know why she wasn't able to go out with you when you first found out she liked you, but I wonder if your friendship with her sister has something to do with it. Is it possible that your friend likes you more than you realize, and that's why nothing happened between you and this girl? Food for thought.
